We do not offer phone support at this time. Instead, we handle all support requests and questions via email only. We do this to keep our costs down - which means low prices for you! - and so that we also have a record of questions and comments.
Ordering and Shipping:
All clubs are built once an order is placed. Orders are usually completed and shipped within 7 business days. Notifications by email are sent when an order is shipped and in the case of any delays. All orders are shipped by usps usually by priority mail with delivery confirmation. Orders are usually received at their destination within 10 business days. As in the case with most custom made items and orders all sales are final with no refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Can I order just the heads or shafts or grips?
Our Standard Shafts and Grips:
We purchase shafts and grips from many distributors at the best price possible so that we can keep our prices to you low! We use many different brands of graphite shafts as the price of graphite rises and falls just like gas prices! The shafts we use are of the best in quality for the price that we are able to offer you a club for such a great price! We typically use Apollo, Integra, or True Temper as our standard graphite shaft and we typically use Apollo, Harrison, or True Temper for our steel shafts. We typically use Pro Tour, Pro-T, Grip One, Integra, or Golf Pride for our Grips.

Why dont you offer more shaft and grip choices?
Well we dont offer too many choices for a few reasons.. but mainly its a great way for us to keep our prices very affordable! However, if you have a favorite shaft or want a certain grip, just send us an email and let us know what you want and we will be glad to give you a price!

Do your clubs come with a warranty?
Yes! All of our products come with a warranty against breakage for a period of 1 year under normal playing conditions. If you should encounter a problem simply contact our sales department for more information. Component Manufacturers have the final say on repairs and replacements.
Can I return a club?
Sorry, but as in the case with most custom made items and custom orders all sales are final with no refunds, returns, or exchanges.
